SEGA: the Year of Shadow

In the run up to the release of SEGA's Sonic X Shadow Generations, SEGA declared 2024 as the Year of Shadow. Agency Stone Watson brought me aboard to illustrate and design for a series of videos, web content, and more to celebrate the infamous antihero, Shadow the Hedgehog.

Shadow 101 shined a light on the lore of sonic's darkest foe: Shadow the Hedgehog.
I contributed a series of animation-ready assets, ui designs, and scenes for the video that delighted Sonic the Hedgehog fans across the internet.

a character as explosive as shadow required a bombastic landing page. Stone Watson and I collaborated on a series of illustrated backgrounds in-line with the minimal nature of sega's year of shadow branding.

DOOM POWERS TRAILER
Viral status achieved
 with nearly a million views, the Doom Powers Trailer for Sonic X Shadow Generations reached #5 trending on Youtube. I designed the lockup for each of Shadow's unbelievable powers, brought to life by Stone Watson's ace motion team.
